Don’t start from scratch
Find and reuse past quotes
When similar work comes in, find the past quote and start the new one from it — a repair job or a design brief alike.
- Search your quotes and your jobs, and see the quotes you have sent each customer on their page.
- Copy from another quote to bring in its line items. Enter the customer details and terms for this job, then review the items, quantities and prices. The original quote stays unchanged.
- Type an item name to see the price, unit and date you used before, and add just the lines you need.
- On the free plan, quote, customer and job lists show the last two months. Older records are kept. Paid plans are not available yet.

Download a document you can send to a property manager or a general contractor as it is.
- Your business name, representative and contact details sit in the header. Registration number too, if you have one.
- Subtotal and tax are listed separately, in your currency and at your rate.
- Your customer downloads the same PDF from the link.

Totals are written out in full. A contract amount is never abbreviated.
