Plumbing, electrical, remodeling, cleaning. When a business is one or two people, quotes get written at night, because the day belongs to the job site. By then the customer has already heard back from someone else.

Enterprise software does not fix that. It takes days to learn, and most of the screen is scheduling, dispatch and crew management that a two-person outfit will never open. So people go back to paper.

Quotima handles one slice. Write down what was asked for, take the draft, check the money, send one link. The customer approves without an account. Contracts, invoicing and payment follow from there.

We started with Korea and Japan, where small field businesses hold up the bottom of the industry and the tools built for them are missing. Quotima runs in English for everywhere else, with the currency and the tax rate you set yourself.
