A plumbing job or a website — when a business is one or a few people, the person writing the quote is the person doing the work. When similar work comes back, time goes into digging up the old quote, or writing it all again.

We want reusing a quote to be straightforward: find the previous work, bring in the items you need, and adapt them to the new job.

QUOTIMA is a helper for that work. Copy a past quote or write down what was asked for and take the draft, check the money, send one link. The customer approves without an account. Talk things through with your customer by phone, as you always have, and leave the quotes, the job records and the unpaid balances to QUOTIMA.

We built QUOTIMA for small businesses and freelancers in Korea and Japan, so that each quote and job record becomes material for the next one. QUOTIMA runs in English for everywhere else, with the currency and the tax rate you set yourself.
