- Do I have to put in a card first?
- No. The Free plan starts without one and stays free for 20 quotes a month.
- What will the paid plans cost here?
- Not decided yet, and we will not print a number we are unsure of. It goes on this page the day it is set.
- What currency and tax rate does it use?
- The ones you set. Pick your currency and tax rate when you sign up, and every quote uses them. Change the rate on a single quote, or zero it out on a line that is not taxable.
- What happens when I pass 20 quotes in a month?
- Everything you have already written stays open. Only new quotes pause, and the allowance resets on the first of the next month.
- What does “last month of quotes” mean on the Free plan?
- Quotes older than a month drop off the list. They are hidden, not deleted, and they all come back if you upgrade.
- Do I need this if I already run a field-service platform?
- Probably not. Quotima is for the stage before that — when scheduling, dispatch and crew management are more system than the work needs.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time. Your quotes and customers stay, and you keep reading them within the limits of the Free plan.
