The free plan is the only one we offer right now. It starts without a card, stays open with no time limit, and paid plans go on this page when they open.

Do I have to put in a card first?

No. The free plan is the only one we offer right now, so we are not taking payment. Sign up and you can build and send a quote straight away.

When do paid plans open?

We cannot give you a date yet. Prices and limits are still being decided, and we would rather not write down something that is not settled. When they open, they go on this page, and we will let anyone already using QUOTIMA know at their account email. If you want a paid plan in your currency, please write to [email protected]; it helps us decide which market to open next.

What currency and tax rate does it use?

The ones you set. Pick your currency and tax rate when you sign up, and every quote uses them. Change the rate on a single quote, or zero it out on a line that is not taxable.

What happens when I need more than 20 quotes in a month?

Everything you have already written stays open. Only sending pauses for a while, and sending the same quote again with changed terms is free once. Your 20 come back on the first of the next month.

What happens to quotes older than two months?

Nothing — they stay exactly where they are. On the free plan the list shows the last two months, and anything older comes back on a paid plan — paid plans are not available yet. Links you already sent to customers keep opening whatever their age.

Can I use this for freelance work?

Yes. QUOTIMA supports quotes for work such as web development, design, video and photography, as well as on-site services. You can reuse line items from previous quotes and adjust them for each client.

Can I keep using the free plan?

Yes, with no time limit. It is not a trial that locks up — it is the plan, within the limits above.
